Greatland Services and the Coronavirus


During the coronavirus outbreak, we continue to work as hard as possible to fill orders on a first come first serve basis. We deeply value your business and understand that this is challenging time for us all as we adjust to changes together. Now, more than ever, we want you to know that we are here to serve rural Alaska as best we are able.

If you are a regular customer, you may experience longer processing times and your shipped order may contain a higher level of substitutions and/or out of stock items than what is typical. You will also find updated packing slips with your order noting any adjustments to ordered items and charges. We ask for your patience as we are a small business and are currently beyond capacity. As we begin to catch up and inventories from the vendors we source from in Anchorage return to more normal levels, we will also bring items back online.
